Placing an Order

At Questworthy Treasures, each order is custom-ordered just for you. When you submit an order, it is initially processed as an order request. We then confirm availability with our suppliers. Once your items are confirmed in stock, we’ll send you an order confirmation along with payment details—typically through PayPal. This approach ensures we can provide you with the best possible service for each unique item you request. We do not ship orders on weekends. Note: You must be 18 or older to purchase certain items.


Shipping & Order Timelines

Shipping times vary based on item availability. We carry many unique products, some of which are always in stock, while others may take 5-7 days to prepare. Custom-made or specialty items may take several weeks or months, especially if they’re sourced internationally. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

We typically ship orders once all items are available. If your order contains both in-stock and out-of-stock items, please contact us if you’d like in-stock items shipped separately.


Accepted Payment Methods

Currently, we accept PayPal only for all payments. Once your order request is confirmed, we’ll provide you with PayPal payment details for a smooth and secure transaction.


Need-by Dates

If you require your order by a specific date, let us know! For orders, use the special notes field at checkout. This won’t expedite shipping, but it helps us prioritize and alert you if an item may not arrive on time.


Product Availability

All items on our website are displayed as “in stock.” Once an order request is submitted, we verify availability with our distributors to confirm that the items are still accessible. We understand this may seem misleading; however, due to frequent stock changes and occasional item removals by our distributors, this approach allows us to offer a wide variety of products. Rest assured, if any item is unavailable, we’ll inform you promptly.


Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, it’s best to email a cancellation request, but please note that email requests are processed in order of receipt, and your order may ship before the cancellation is processed. No fees apply to canceled orders. Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun in our warehouse.


Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the ship date. Items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

For clothing, trying on is fine, but please avoid perfumes, smoke, or other scents, and keep all accessories intact.
Boots should have unmarked soles. Please try them on a soft surface.

Pierced Jewelry (e.g., earrings)
Underwear (e.g., Spartan/Gladiator Briefs)
Wind Instruments
Custom items (any custom color, size, or item not normally sold on our site)


Refund & Store Credit Policy

Within 15 Days: Refunds are available for items returned within this window.
Up to 30 Days: Returns after 15 days qualify for store credit only.

Please include a copy of your invoice or a note with your order number and indicate if you’re requesting a refund, exchange, or store credit. For exchanges, there may be a shipping fee to send the replacement items, and we’ll need payment information for this.

Damaged or Defective Items

Inspect your package upon arrival. If the box is damaged or contents seem broken, open it immediately to check. Please report damages within 2-3 days. All orders are insured, and we’ll manage the claim for any damage caused in transit. Keep all original packaging, as UPS may need to inspect it for claim purposes. For missing items, contact us right away, and we’ll review the order footage for accuracy.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, providing you with accurate options based on your destination. Simply add items to your cart, enter your address, and select from available shipping methods.


Express Shipping

For express shipping options (e.g., UPS 2nd Day or Next Day Air), please check each item’s availability status. Orders with express shipping may not ship immediately if items are out of stock. Note that UPS delivers on business days only.

All orders are shipped via UPS. Estimated transit times apply once the package leaves our warehouse.
