Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of your ship date. For items returned within 15 days, we offer a full refund. After 15 days, returns qualify for store credit only. Returned items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. For potential damages or defects, please contact us before returning.
For clothing, please ensure items are free from scents, animal hair, and other marks. Boots should have unmarked soles, and all accessories should be included with returns. Try footwear on carpet or soft flooring to avoid scuffs.

- Opened Prosthetics
- Costume Wigs
- Pierced Jewelry
- Spartan/Gladiator Briefs
- Wind Instruments
- Liquids & Creams (e.g., Rust Blocker, LARP Silicone)
- Underwear, Socks (if opened)
- Custom Items (e.g., custom colors, sizes)
Refunds & Store Credit
Returns in resellable condition and original packaging have no restocking fee. Items not meeting these criteria may incur a 15% fee. Refunds are processed within 15 days, while store credit can be issued for returns within 30 days.
If your item is damaged or defective, retain all packaging and contact us immediately. Start your return online by selecting “Damaged/Defective,” uploading a photo, and providing relevant details.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we are at fault. Any exchange orders will include a new shipping fee.
Refused Packages
Please do not refuse packages, as this incurs additional fees. Any costs due to package refusal will be deducted from your refund.

- I’ll Use My Own Shipping Label: Complete our Return/Exchange Form and include it with your return to ensure accurate processing.
